The arches are made out of using 10ft PVC sch40 piping that provides strength but it also flexible. This allows the piping to form that “arch” that you see over the driveway. Holes were drilled at 2″ spacing to allow the pixel to fit through for easy install and storage in the off-season. The holes are drilled using a 3d printed pixel jig and a “sled” to keep a straight line as you continue throughout the 30 feet of tubing.
Some new additions to this years display include 6 additional arches over the driveway!
